Roadrunner Tours Policies Traverse City MI

Booking + Confirmation: Standard tours may be requested through the Tour Booking form. All other services begin with an inquiry. No date is held and nothing is confirmed until availability is approved and the reservation deposit is received.
Reservation Deposit: A $200 reservation deposit is required to hold your date and is applied to your total.
Remaining Balance Due Date: The remaining balance is due 7 days (one week) prior to the scheduled service date. If you plan to pay the remaining balance in cash at pickup, this must be noted and approved in advance. In that case, the remaining balance is due at pickup on the service date.
Cancellation Policy: If a cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to the scheduled service date, 50% of the $200 reservation deposit is refundable. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled service date: the deposit is non-refundable.
Payments Accepted: Zelle, Venmo, check, cash, credit card (2.9% processing fee for cards).
